Different Martial Arts offered and their definition

Boxing – A sport that involves strategically punching an opponent while defending yourself from their return punches.

Muay Thai – Similar to boxing, Muay Thai is known as the art of eight limbs, referring to the eight points of contact that are used to strike the opponent.

Jiu Jitsu – A grappling-based martial art whose central theme is the skill of controlling a resisting opponent in ways that force him to submit. Control is generally easier on the ground than in a standing position, much of the technique of Jiu-Jitsu is centered around that.
